Warranty conditions.
Within three months of delivery of the purchased products, the Purchaser has the right to request a replacement of any purchased products that have defects that were already existing at the time of delivery.
IMPORTANT: returns and replacements are not available for NON-EU countries.
Under penalty of forfeiture, it is the Purchaser’s responsibility to report the lack of conformity to SATY SRL within one month from the date of which they discovered the defect and to prove that it is a lack of conformity existing at the time of the conclusion of the sale.
The direct action to assert the defects not maliciously concealed by the seller is prescribed, in any case, within twenty-six months of delivery.
If the product is intact and is not affected by the lack of conformity complained of and referable to the date of delivery, differently from what was declared by the Purchaser, the costs incurred for the verification of the product and for its shipment will be borne by the Purchaser.
Without prejudice to the above for any reports, complaints, and requests for information, the Purchaser may contact SATY SRL at info@bioline-saty.it referring to the order number with the e-mail confirmation of the registration.
