Right of withdrawal and return conditions.
Article 10 – Consumer’s right of withdrawal

We do not accept returns and exchanges for countries outside the EU.
In-store returns of orders placed online are not accepted.
1. In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014, and Article. 54-bis (hereinafter the Consumer Code), the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from a purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products. In the case of multiple purchases made by the Customer with a single order and delivered separately, the term of 14 days runs from the date of receipt of the last Product received.
In the case of purchases made by customers outside Europe, the products cannot be returned or replaced.
2. The Consumer Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal (or the replacement of the product) shall notify Saty S.r.l. by e-mail at the following address: sara@saty.it (by filling out and sending the return form).
Registered customers can also use the “Returns / Refunds” button next to their order in their customer area – orders following the procedure outlined.
Customers who have made a purchase as a guest – i.e. without creating an account – must first register on the website via the Login page, using the email address with which they placed the order.
In the case of a partial return or refund, this must be specified in the request, as it will be automatically generated for the entire order. Any partial returns will be processed in accordance with the instructions.
An email will be sent automatically with the return/refund request. Subsequent communications will take place directly via the returns/refund system.
3. The Products shall be returned intact, without signs of wear in the original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and return form). The customer shall return the goods by courier directly to our warehouse in via Dossanti, 11 – 36046 Lusiana Conco fraz. Fontanelle – VICENZA. In-store returns of orders placed online are not accepted.
4. In accordance with the provisions of Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code, the return costs will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
5. According to the provisions of Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the event of the purchase being of clearly customized products.
6. The Customer is, in any case, responsible for the decrease in value caused by the manipulation of the Product and/or its packaging.
7. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Saty S.r.l. will refund the amount of the Products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return, as required by art. 56 paragraph 1 of the Consumer Code (the refund method shall be indicated on the return form or on the refund request page).
8. In the event of a request for product replacement, Saty S.r.l. will arrange for the shipment (at its own expense) of the replacement goods after receiving the return (the data for the shipment will be given in detail on the return form or on the refund request page).
9. Pursuant to Article 59(1)(c) of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalised. Consequently, any products personalised by pyrography or other processes carried out at the customer’s specific request or according to their instructions (e.g. names, dedications, dates or personalised designs) cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer has changed their mind about the purchase. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the Statutory Guarantee of Conformity.
